By accessing celsava.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What CELSAVA is

CELSAVA creates original digital playbooks, toolkits, templates and systems that help professionals and small businesses apply AI and automation to real workflows. This version of the Site does not sell any products yet. Nothing on this Site should be read as an offer to purchase a specific product until a product page with pricing and checkout is published.

3. Who operates CELSAVA

4. Intellectual property

All content CELSAVA publishes — including playbooks, toolkits, templates, systems, text, and designs — is original work owned by CELSAVA (or licensed to CELSAVA) and is protected by copyright. When CELSAVA sells a digital product, the buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for their own professional or business purposes, as described on that product's page at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or compromise its security, or to copy, scrape, or redistribute its content outside of what any applicable product license permits.

6. No professional advice

CELSAVA's content is educational and practical in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and CELSAVA is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from its use. You remain responsible for evaluating whether any guidance is appropriate for your specific situation.

7. Pricing and payment

No products are currently for sale on this Site. When products are published, prices and accepted payment methods will be shown on each product page before purchase, along with a link to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CELSAVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of the country in which you live.
