Refund Policy

1. No products are for sale yet

This version of celsava.com does not have a checkout. This Refund Policy is being published in advance so that it exists before the first product goes live — it describes the policy CELSAVA intends to operate under.

2. General policy

Because CELSAVA's products are digital and delivered instantly, we offer a 7-day satisfaction window: if a product doesn't meet a specific, stated expectation, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. This window does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection right you may have under the law of the country in which you live, including the statutory right described below for EU and UK buyers.

3. EU and UK buyers — statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right can be waived, but only if the buyer gives explicit, informed consent before downloading the product, acknowledging that they agree to immediate delivery and that they lose the right of withdrawal once download or access begins. Nothing in this policy removes that statutory right where it applies and has not been validly waived. Once a payment processor is in place, its own checkout flow and refund procedures will also apply alongside this policy.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@celsava.com with your order reference and the reason for the request.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider used for a given purchase; we will let you know what to expect when we confirm your refund.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

We ask that buyers contact us to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback with their bank or card provider, so we can address it directly and quickly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CELSAVA's product line and payment setup evolve. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
