2. What this site currently collects

In its current version, celsava.com does not run a checkout, does not have a contact form, and does not have analytics or advertising tracking enabled. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email (such as your email address and message content).

A Meta Pixel integration point exists in the site's code but is disabled by default. If it is ever enabled, this policy will be updated to describe what it collects before that happens.

3. What we will collect once products are for sale

When CELSAVA begins selling digital products, this section will be updated to describe order and billing information processed by our payment provider(s), the email address used to deliver purchased files, and basic analytics about site usage. See our Terms of Service for how purchases will work.

4. Cookies

This site currently sets no non-essential cookies. If analytics, advertising pixels, or a checkout provider are added later, this section will be updated to list them and, where required by law, a cookie-consent mechanism will be added.

5. Third-party processors

This site is hosted on Vercel. Once products are for sale, payment processing will be handled by one or more payment providers, each of which processes payment data under their own privacy policy and applies their own security safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information under the data protection law that applies to you. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@celsava.com.

8. International data transfers

CELSAVA is based in Argentina and uses service providers that may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

9. Children's privacy

CELSAVA's products and this website are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and product line evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
